Mystery behind Floods Havoc & Destruction in kerala is Man Made or Natural hazard

FLOOD NATURAL DISASTER OR MAN MADE DISASTER BY EXPLOITING EARTH IN UNSAFE METHOD IN KERALA & ROUTE MAPPING FLOODS LAND TO PROTECT INHABITED AREA FEOM DESTRUCTION - Flood water created a miracle hand spaced rock in Munnar river middle . the hand rises as flood water lowered considering as it is s creation of nature

when Man made corona virus pandemic , bird flue had affected the entire world and the entire earth is in lockdown in corona first wave in 1999 & 2000 , corona second wave in 2021 and third wave in 2022 as omicron . Man made floods in the kerala in three or four consecutkve years had destroyed large land scape , fertile lands , populated urban land in kerala made people tp live in camps in rainy season from 2018 after many year floods in 1999 and 1914 in kerala had made kerala state more time to bring back to normal stage with every one support . but the disputes over the flood havoc is still a mystery where cause is due to natural hazards or man made like in corona pandemic mystery

Kerala rains: Plans to release water from 35 to 42 dams out of 55 cause flood concerns ...

Kerala is land of any 44 + 3 rivers with 81 dams in Kerala Of the 81 dams ,thst 100 years old and the Kerala State Electricity Board owns 59 dams which form 45 reservoirs .Out of the 81 dams 37 reservoirs are used for hydroelectric power, 27 reservoirs are used for irrigation and 9 reservoirs are used for both hydroelectric power and irrigation. Very high rains in kerala had mades dams, rivers and lakes to overflow their banks in three consecutive years from 2018 to 2021 like corona virus pandemic . The goverment and people are behond tge mystery of flood is still in kerala like the corona virus pandemic . Some immediate measures and research work like route mapping the flood land had normalise the life in flood affected land like the corona virus research works with global vaccination

After the 2018 to 2021 mega floods the goverment owned dams and dams owned or leased by tamilnadu flood houses as the dams water are discharged in heavy raining to keep the water level below the danger level and overstorimg of water beyond the alert level is not done to prevent large scale destruction when the dam overflows on considering the safety of dams that is over 100 years is overflowing tge river banks to near by house is a threat to public and the dispute is going on between atates over the mullaperiyar dams on dam capacity , maximum water height & strength and a alternate solutiin for a new dams construction instead of old dam that is operated by tamilnadu in kerala is not done even after years of flood had worsened the flood sitwation , dispute in kerala , sooner the better , the new dams in idukki is the way to prevent natural destruction in flood and heavy rains that may destroy the old dams

Flood 2018 in August - 2019 August - 2020 june to august in three consecutive years with heavy rain , landslide , overflowing rivers and dams flooding kerala - Flood water in Kerala deluges 1000 criore amount and washed away houses, crops, making a huge wreckage of waste in the path of flood water from rivers, dams and intense rain

All the district of Kerala flood affected told by chief minister of Kerala Pinarayi vijayan
All the district flood affected . Kerala government had to find out help from other states police men and join with army . Mass evacuation to save life before some earthquake or dam collapse can occur as it may be worsen the situation as similar situation had happen in gujarath , Pakistan where floods was followed by earthquake and flash floods in UP

The low pressure over bay of bengal and moving to odissa & Madhya Pradesh had made high intensity of rain in kerala
water will move after days as the raining will end by Sunday
The relief work will continue to operate for months cleaning the streets and house. Reconstructing the roads, bridges and the spreading of diseases after the rain
Famous Shakespeare write in his stories that " Water water every where but not a drop to drink" and "All the perfumes of Suadi Arabia cannot able to sweeten my hands " and" All the world's a stage, and all men and women are merely puppets is a major discovery of world makes forces of nature ahead of us

Severe Floods in the Land of many rivers from Ghats in south Indian state Kerala
Landscape of Kerala is like that water in high Kevel land directly flows and reach rivers from Many inland rivers . Due to blockage in rivers and intensive rain due to pow pressure formed in Orissa made dams and rivers to overflow followed by landslide and torrent erosion to rivers by water and debris made rivers to overflow and red alert declared by dams authority made water level to rise to three floor building in low Kevel lands
Torrent Erosion , Landslide, Avalanche , heavy rain in Kerala made two rivers as one . The landslide in Pamba river and achenkovil river in pamba region made two rivers to flow as one in pathanamthitta district in Pandalam and alleppey in.chengannur followed by rising water in adjacent river to pamba river like Manimalayar river
Landslide in meenachilar river made river water to rise in.vykom
Landslide making avalanche, torrent water errosiin and debris as rocks over water ways block water flow made river to flow in other direction flooding inhabited region in wayaaf, idukki, pathanamthitta. Alleppey , kannur connected with release of water from dams washed away trees, building , roads , bridges and water to rise up to two storied building in 1 km distance of pqmba, achenvkovil, petiysr rivets in Kerala
The most difficult is the rescue mission as there is high flow of water and water flows in high speed in between building in curves depending on the slope of the surface and shape of the building
There is no electricity and no good and no mobile connection in munnar isolated places where roads and bridges collapse due to landslide
Helicopter food dropping and helicopter rescue is done where there is no sheet roofing
Rubber boats, fishing boats and small boats are used to rescue people from two storied building where people are stranded and most places boat cannot reach due to bridges water flow speed and direction between the building making situation worse as evacuation had to done fast before water covers the two floor also.in case the rain is not declining
Death toll rises to 134 in 10 days

On 16 August 2018, severe floods affected the south Indian state Kerala, due to unusually high rainfall during the monsoon season. ... It is the worst flood in Kerala after the great flood of 99 that took place in 1924. 35 out of the 54 dams within the state were opened, for the first time in history.

35 out of the 54 dams within the state were opened, for the first time in history. All five overflow gates of the Idukki Dam were opened at the same time, and for the first time in 26 years 5 gates of the Malampuzha dam of Palakkad were opened.

Idukki and Wayanad are the worst-hit districts, while Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode and Ernakulam too have been badly affected.

On 16 August 2018, severe floods affected the south Indian state Kerala, due to unusually high rainfall during the monsoon season.[3][4][5] It was the worst flood in Kerala in nearly a century.[6] Over 483 people died, and 15 are missing.[7] About a million[8][9] people were evacuated, mainly from Chengannur,[10] Pandanad,[11] Edanad, Aranmula, Kozhencherry, Ayiroor, Ranni, Pandalam, Kuttanad, Malappuram, Aluva, Chalakudy, Thrissur, Thiruvalla, Eraviperoor, Vallamkulam, North Paravur, Chellanam, Vypin Island and Palakkad. All 14 districts of the state were placed on red alert.[4][12] According to the Kerala government, one-sixth of the total population of Kerala had been directly affected by the floods and related incidents.[13] The Indian government had declared it a Level 3 Calamity, or "calamity of a severe nature".[14][15] It is the worst flood in Kerala after the great flood of 99 that took place in 1924.

Water gushing down from Idukki and Idamalayar dams led to the flooding of coastal areas from Aluva. As the sea was rough the water did not drain which aggravated the situation. It was the release of water from Kakki - Anathodu reservoir that inundated Chengannur and Aranmula

Kerala rains: Plans to release water from dams cause flood concerns ...

The peak release on 16 August 2018 from the Idukki reservoir was 1500 cumecs against an inflow of 2532 cumecs, thus achieving a flood moderation of 1032 cumecs. The release from Idamalayar on 16 August 2018 was 963 cumecs against an inflow of 1164 cumecs.

In 2018, intense rainfall from August 1 had filled up the dams and a fresh spell of torrential rainfall led to the simultaneous opening of all major dams on August 15. Water gushing down from Idukki and Idamalayar dams led to the flooding of coastal areas from Aluva.

The dam has only been opened five times since its construction in the 1960s. Earlier on October 19, as many as three shutters of the Idukki dam were opened.

On 8 August 2019, due to heavy rainfall in the monsoon season, severe flood affected Kerala.[2] As a security measure in the prevailing situation of heavy rains, the India Meteorological Department had issued a red alert in the 9 districts in Northern and Central Kerala, orange alert in 3 districts of Central Kerala, and yellow alert in the 2 districts of southern Kerala.[3] Thousands of people have been evacuated to safer places and relief camps.[1][4] A total of 121[1] people have died due to rain-related incidents as of 19 August 2019.

During the heavy rainfall over the monsoon period from 1 June to 18 August 2020, all 14 districts in Kerala were affected with 104 dead and 40 injured.[1][2] Five districts in Kerala were flooded on 7 August 2020 (Idukki, Wayanad, Malappuram, Thrissur and Kottayam).[3] Major reported incidents in relation to flooding include a landslide in Idukki district on 6 August, claiming 66 lives and an Air India plane crash that caused the death of 21 people.[4][3][5] The 2020 flood in Kerala marked the third year in a row of severe monsoon flooding

2021 year landslide and flood 42 killed

As the flood water level lowers in dams and surrounding places , the red alert is withdrawn, Roads and Rail way started operating . the kochi international airport is no opened and kochi naval bade airport three passenger planes started operating as one to Coimbatore and two to Bangalore

90 percent rescue is competed and army left from many places .

Rescue operating is in force in nelliyampathi landslide. Chengannur ,

Day by day Death toll rising and reached 194 to 196 , jeeps with exhaust jump upward above the engines floating jeeps, big tyre jeeps JCB, tipper lorries, air rubbers boats , fiber glass boats, motor boats. Druv helicopter, cheetah helicopter, MI series transport helicopter , 8 seater to 12 dorner Army planes, tractors, Ambulance, fire engines used to rescue people

Different types of boats used , heavy boats to enter places where the speed of waves is high , motor boats used where the water flow speed is less , small boats used where the way to places narrow due to bridges and jungar boards used to transport 200 to 250 from kuttanad at a time

Most useful.is the power boats where the speed is Hugh speed and JCB to lift people from second floors down as the bottom floor is water .

Air bags also used

Army build rope ways, wooden bridge to connect places and road washed away by flood

Central government allowed immediate amount of 500 crore and from states telegana gives 25 crore , naharatra state 10 crore and other state with medicine and give a amount below 10 crore

Dumping of vehicles at low price in floods

In the previous flood in chennai , the cars drowned / washed away/ breakdown cars are dumped for sale at low price . The cars that worth 2 crore Rs is sold for 30 lacs

In this Kerala floods there will be dumping of cars for sales as many cars are under water in showrooms and in houses

Flood relief package include free pick up and repair of cars drowned in floods, washed away in flood , breakdown in flood

The procedure for this is not to switch on or start the breakdown / drowned / washed away car and move the car to a secure place by towing or hand push . take the photo of the car drowned and sent to the to the company or dealer , they will arrange the service of car directly by the company or by the dealer

Driving the car where ground clearance is less to reduce the possibility of breakdown by not allowing the water to be sucked to the engine by switch on the car that is breakdown in floods, drowned or washed away

Troll the engine of the car and drive the car so that water cannot enter the engine head from the tail pipe

Only advance the vehicle once the car in the front had reached the other end and way is clear so that car need not stop while passing the road where water table is high and vehicle ground clearance is less

Use the accelerator and clutch to troll the vehicle with out stopping till the other end

I think there will be good exchange offer now to exchange totally damned vehicles by car companies

MLA Saji cherian car is washed away in the flood water in chengannur and surrounding places
